Four lines of work, one purpose

Red Pine Associates is a wholly tribally owned firm pursuing SBA 8(a) certification. Once certified, agencies will be able to award us sole-source contracts and count the work toward their small business goals. We are building a team and partner network to deliver management consulting, engineering, and telecom infrastructure work for federal and commercial clients.

Red Pine provides management consulting, engineering support, estimating, and project management for telecom and fiber infrastructure: fiber build-outs, distributed antenna systems, and tower work. We work as a direct contractor and as a teaming partner, and we are building an in-house crew for construction, electrical, and servicing work.

Red Pine Associates is pursuing ventures for managing PV (solar) development and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Maine and across the U.S. The work is aimed at adding clean power to the grid and building long-term value for the Penobscot Nation.

Bandit is a project management platform that Red Pine Associates is building. It tracks jobs, people, and equipment from the office to the site, and it's designed for the kind of dispersed, mobile work that most software handles badly. Bandit is in development.
